Dr. Daniels is an infectious diseases specialist and serves as the Chief Medical Officer for UChicago Medicine’s Community Health and Hospital’s Division. Dr. Daniels specializes in the treatment of a wide variety of infections with an emphasis on bone and joint infections, sexually transmitted diseases, and HIV. In addition, Dr. Daniels’ practice has a special emphasis in men’s health with a focus on HIV prevention, including Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP). As a physician executive, Dr. Daniels is focused on working with healthcare administrators to improve systems of care that support optimal patient outcomes and create a rewarding environment in which to practice medicine.
