We invite you to put together a small interprofessional team of up to three participants from your institution (including yourself). Teams will include a leader and a bedside/frontline practitioner, and at least one person will be a non-MD.
We are able to offer a travel stipend for out-of-state attendees who are trainees or frontline clinicians. Please RSVP by September 1st and mark which participant should receive a stipend.
