Building Trust in Practice along with Choosing Wisely™ are two pivotal programs rolled into one exciting UChicago Medicine event. The goal is improved care, better outcomes, greater efficiency, increased patient and provider satisfaction and better value.
Staff, nurses, students and trainees from any discipline may propose a solution for one of the 2024 themes:
- Care Transitions
- Patient Experience
- Efficiency in Care Delivery
- Promoting a Safe Culture
- Patient Education
- Equity in Care
The project MUST be interdisciplinary and should add value or trust amongst patients, providers and/or family members. Submissions are not to exceed 500 words.
Selected projects will receive:
- Human-centered design mentorship
- Project management assistance
- Biostatistics support
- Clinical mentorship
