Does the work incorporate equity?
When implementing virtual urgent care (VUC), we took the extra step to credential and roster our vendor's providers through our MSO, so our patients could access VUC at the same cost as a primary care visit. While this process takes a longer amount of time (and is still underway), we all agreed that it was important to allow all of our patients to access VUC regardless of their ability to pay.
