DESCRIPTION:Building Trust in Practice along with Choosing Wisely™ are two pivotal programs rolled into one exciting UChicago Medicine event. The goal is improved care\, better outcomes\, greater efficiency\, increased patient and provider satisfaction and better value. \nEligibility & Instructions \nStaff\, nurses\, students and trainees from any discipline may propose a solution. \nThe project MUST be interdisciplinary and will add value or trust amongst patients\, providers and/or family members. Submissions are not to exceed 500 words. \nSee an example of a winning proposal here. \nChallenge winners receive: \n\nUp to $5\,000 in funding for materials\, IT & builder time\, training & CME programs\, and other expenses as needed\nPriority access to data using the MDClone tool\nStatistical analysis support\nProject management\nMentorship\n\nWinners are also encouraged to apply for an HDSI Travel Grant to present their work at a national conference. \nBTCW Challenge Deadline: September 8
