Building Trust in Practice along with Choosing Wisely™ are two pivotal programs rolled into one exciting UChicago Medicine event. The goal is improved care, better outcomes, greater efficiency, increased patient and provider satisfaction and better value.
Eligibility & Instructions
Staff, nurses, students and trainees from any discipline may propose a solution.
The project MUST be interdisciplinary and will add value or trust amongst patients, providers and/or family members. Submissions are not to exceed 500 words.

Challenge winners receive:
- Up to $5,000 in funding for materials, IT & builder time, training & CME programs, and other expenses as needed
- Priority access to data using the MDClone tool
- Statistical analysis support
- Project management
- Mentorship
Winners are also encouraged to apply for an HDSI Travel Grant to present their work at a national conference.
